Delivery in Aotearoa
For standard deliveries within Aotearoa, please allow for 1–3 working days. If you require an urgent delivery, please contact us Tetiniroto@gmail.com
Orders for delivery within Aotearoa that are placed before midday will be dispatched the same day. For orders placed after midday, please allow an extra day for delivery.

For all international orders, a pick and pack fee of NZ$5.00 is included in the shipping cost.
Addressing
All delivery addresses on orders must include a street address.
If parcels are incorrectly addressed by Te Tini Roto, we accept responsibility for the redelivery, replacement or refunding of the product at no additional charge. If parcels are incorrectly addressed by the customer, Te Tini Roto will not refund or resend the product; all responsibility for correcting the delivery will be borne by the customer.
